Former NTV Presenter and Cancer Survivor Janet Kanini-Ikua Has Passed On
After a very hugely publicized battle with Lung Cancer, that saw Kenyans and hordes of celebrities flock to concerts and fundraisers to help her stay alive, former NTV presenter Janet Kanini-Ikua has passed on.
Janet was once a TV presenter at NTV and, as her cancer got worse and raised national concern, she was flown to India for treatment as Kenyans back home organized the One Nation for Janet concert that saw millions raised for her medical bills.
She was later declared HEALED and free of cancer last year as she flew back into the Country to start a new healthy life.
Celebrities and Kenyans have flocked to Twitter to celebrate the young lady and condole with her family.

Janet was 39 years old and leaves behind a husband and two lovely kids.
