Social media this morning was awash with outraged Keyboard warriors who were livid that Migori County governor Okoth Obado had flagged off a single cow.
They felt it was a waste of taxpayer money like the infamous Bungoma Wheelbarrows and the 75, 000 Kshs serviettes in Nanyuki.

The governor was launching the 2nd phase of dairy farming in the Migori County .In addition, 150 dairy cows and 49 bulls were distributed to farmers.
