Watu Wako Na Pesa! Shock As A Luo Man Smiles And Giggles After Wrecking His Kes 7.4 Million Car #MakeItHappen

He wasn’t bothered his pricey car was wrecked, he maintained calm, smiled and chuckled even when it was obvious he was going to spend thousands of shillings to fix his car.

A Wednesday evening accident along Southern Bypass left witness wondering whether the driver was mentally sound.

In most cases, drivers would exhibit signs of panic and frustration when they are involved in minor collisions which are a common occurrence on Kenyan roads.

But the driver of a Jaguar XJ acted in a ‘weird’ way when he was involved in a road accident that left his Kes 7.4 million car smashed.

The driver hit a lorry’s rear while trying to overtake it only to realize he would collide head-on with an oncoming vehicle. He hit the lorry as he was attempting to go back to his lane.

The two drivers stopped their vehicles to assess the damage caused by the crash. The Jaguar was badly damaged though the lorry was also scratched.

It was obvious the car’s driver was at fault having been the one who hit the lorry. But the Luo man (from his accent) was composed as even smiled and giggled.

He surprised even the witness who had milled around the accident scene thinking he was going to cough lots of money to compensate the lorry driver for the damage, and also use more money to fix his own car.

But instead of money, the driver of the Jaguar was talking about Bancasurrance taking care of everything.

He was heard explaining that his motor vehicle insurance cover (the one he referred to as Bancasurrance) protected him for liability in such scenarios as accidents.

The driver of the Jaguar explained to the lorry driver that he couldn’t give him money to compensate for the damage caused but promised him that his Bancasurrance insurance cover would take care of the compensation on his behalf.

He also advised to the lorry driver to take a similar cover for his truck explaining how it provides cover for loss of or accidental damage to the motor vehicle, its accessories and spare parts as well as third party property bodily injury and property damage.
