Patriotism Brings Out The Rage In A Usually Polite Citizen TV’s Waihiga Mwaura. See How He Bashed British Movie Makers For Another CNN-Like Blunder

Who knew Waihiga Mwaura could be emphatically assertive?? His perceived introvert character faded when he bashed British film makers.

Last year, CNN labeled Kenya a hotbed of terror just a few days before President Barack Obama touched down in Nairobi. Kenyans were quick to fire back at CNN for their misguided preconceived opinion.

British film makers kinda repeated the blunder CNN did when they produced a movie about Kenya dubbed “Eye in the Sky”.

The movie is about a drone attack on a terrorist cell in Eastleigh, Nairobi, which was shown as a ‘hotbed’ of terror.

Waihiga Mwaura’s patriotic instincts kicked in when he saw the movie and he decided to bash British film makers for what he termed as portraying Kenya in bad light.

“This movie nullifies the efforts of the Kenyan Govt to market Kenya as a safe destination. Eastleigh is portrayed as the wild, wild west where armed militia operate in plain site on dusty roads .Parklands is depicted as a hub for Al Shabaab. Thousands actually millions of potential tourists must have watched this movie. No wonder they are all headed to Tanzania & Zanzibar.” Waihiga Mwaura wrote.
