Kenyan’s Left Perplexed By The Way A South Korean Choir Made A Cover For Popular Gospel Song (Video)

At the moment, everything Kenyan seems to be trendy like hot cake.

Whether it is the country attracting top heads of states, celebrities and trade summits or its athletes dominating abroad, Kenya is on the news. Now there is another new attraction, the Swahili classic songs. Since the days of Malaika by Fadhili Williams, Swahili classic have proved an attractive catch for renditions and covers world over.

Today a new rendition of a praise song that used to be popular long before the Bahati- Willy Paul axis happened on the local scene has taken everyone by surprise. Not only is the song retouched in such an interesting and ethereal way, it is the fluency by which the choir have done it that has captured the feelings of many. The group is Gracias Choir from South Korea. They are visiting Kenya and performing at Moi Stadium 24th~29th. You would think they were doing it with in their first language
