As you are all aware, the Safaricom customer care is one of the most efficient in the country always quick to respond to all customer queries and concerns.
This particular day was not any different when one customer alleged that there was a live snake in one of the Safaricom stores. As usual Safaricom was quick to respond, offering quick measures and that’s when they got the response of a lifetime.
