Diamond, Davido and Akon receive warm welcome from President Ali Bongo upon touchdown in Gabon (Photos)

Gabon will be at the center of attention from tomorrow February 14^th. Music heavyweights like Akon, Davido and Diamond have already touched down in the Central African state.

A few days ago, Diamond was presented with the national flag of Tanzania as he headed to Gabon to perform in the opening ceremony of 2017 AFCON.

The Tanzanian superstar touched down in Libreville a day ahead of the Saturday February 14^th performance.

Baba Tiffah together with Akon and Davido joined Gabonese president, Ali Bongo Ondimba, in the opening of Oyem stadium;  the new stadium that will host the first match of AFCON between Gabon and Guinea–Bissau on Saturday.
