2017 is my year, I can feel it. That’s the talk going around everywhere right now from social media to the bar.

Pierra Makena is one of the people celebrating 2017 and all its possibilities considering what she went through in 2016.

Apart from her being mother, there was nothing else to celebrate about 2016. To her, it’s the year she hit rock bottom, cried a lot to sleep and lost many relationships. And that’s not even half of everything she went through.

2016 was indeed one to remember. Went to rock bottom. Tears ..broken relationships..lost many friends. But out of it I GOT WISER. . I made new few friends.. I faced my fears and came out successful. I faced bad relationships and now I have loyalty. I said No to toxic and fake friendships.

My fear when I fell pregnant but out of it I got the biggest blessing and indeed God has not left my side even once. All that matters is me and my baby. I thank God for my family and few friends who stood by me through 2016.
