Teenage Girl in Kiambu Passes Away After a Sheesha Smoking Spree at Club 69 in Ruaka

Sheesha smoking, which many young people indulge in nowadays possess numerous and not forgetting major health risks.

From cardiovascular diseases to lung cancer to chronic bronchitis the effects of smoking from a bong are well known. We have heard of people contacting diseases after a long-term use of the substance but rarely do we hear of people dying from a night out with Shisha.

Now, mystery surrounds the death of 19 year old Hannah Mageri from Kiambaa, Kiambu County who died after smoking some hookah at Club 69 in Ruaka.

Hannah is said to have left for the club with her friends and fell sick soon after smoking. She was returned home unconscious where she was rushed to the local Mũcatha Clinic before being taken to Tigoni Hospital where she succumbed.

Blood tests conducted on the young girl revealed that the Sheesha could have had drugs in it.

Shaken neighbors and family friends are now demanding for an explanation to her death and justice for the family after attempts to get information about what led to her death proved futile as the management of the club refused to corporate.
