Very Sad! Kisii Couple Delivers Conjoined Twins Only For Them To Die On Arrival At KNH

A couple in Kisii are mourning the death of their two daughters Venny Kerubo and Mary Kwamboka.

The two were born yesterday as conjoined twins with their bodies attached from the heart all the way to the abdomen. The two infants were delivered yesterday at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital through Caesarian section and were feared to share vital organs as the Heart and the liver.

The doctors at the Hospital were unable to perform the delicate operation especially with one of the twins feared to have the larger share of the organs.

The parents and the kids were referred to Kenyatta National Hospital and driven by ambulance but at the time of their arrival nothing could be done on them as they died on arrival.
