“Every time he opens his mouth to speak people cover their faces with their hands in embarrassment” Larry Madowo Deepens His Beef With KFCB CEO Who Was Daily Nation Sub-editor

Madowo is mad! The beef which started last Friday night on the Trend has culminated in an all out war between Larry Madowo and Ezekiel Mutua of Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB).

Last Friday night, Larry Madowo stripped KFCB boss after he posed in a business class flight. Ezekiel responded by firing back at Larry on Saturday morning.

After Ezekiel’s rant, Larry took three days preparing his guns before he finally ambushed the KFCB boss yesterday on his column on Daily Nation.

“Who will save us from the KFCB CEO?” Larry Madowo titled his headline.

Madowo stripped the KFCB boss saying Ezekiel was a mediocre sub-editor during his eight year stint at Daily Nation.

“You see, Mutua is a former journalist. In fact, he was a sub-editor for this very newspaper for eight years until 2002. Within Nation Centre, they are the studious types who pore over copy, pulling out the poor turn of phrase and sculpting articles into the (mostly) readable articles that end up in the paper.” Larry wrote in part.

He goes on to say Ezekiel disgusts sensible people as he has taken his job at KFCB as an opportunity to extend his personal brand.

“He has taken his job as boss of the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) as an opportunity to extend his personal brand. Yet every time he opens his mouth to make a statement, most sensible people cover their faces with their hands in utter embarrassment.”[sic]
