The Nairobi boss yesterday sent his men to chase after debt defaulters and they specifically targeted premises along Haile Sellassie Avenue.

Neno Evangelism Centre, Nakumatt supermarket Haile Sellassie branch and Kenyatta University campus on Haile Sellasie Avenue were temporarily closed down as Kidero chased after premises that had not paid their dues.

Pastor James Ng’ang’a’s Neno Evangelism Centre owed Nairobi County government a sum of Kes 507,404.

The controversial preacher was forced to pay a portion of the sum when he heard his church was closed by Kidero’s men promising to settle the remaining amount later.
