This is the gorgeous Karen House That Singer Ringtone has been KICKED OUT from! (Photos)

Over the weekend, Kenya’s self-proclaimed richest singer alive was exposed as a rent-defaulting, trifling con artist who has evaded paying his house rent In Karen for the last two months.
According to his tenant’s lawyers, Ringtone owes his tenant as much as Ksh. 400,000 which is payment for two months of residency in the plush Muiri Gardens residence in Karen.
According to a termination of lease letter addressed to the singer by lawyers acting on behalf of the property landlord, Ringtone leased the mansion situated on Karen Muiri Gardens on July 01, 2016 at Sh200, 000 per month.
After moving in, he was cooperative with the rent and actually paid a deposit and two months rent upfront as he moved in.
But things started getting thick from around September when Ringtone started defaulting on the hefty house rent always taking his tenant on a wild goose chase whenever he was called upon to pay the arrears.
The expansive mansion was leased to Ringtone for as much as Ksh. 200,000 per month.
Now, according to sources, Ringtone has been KICKED OUT of the property and taken to Court as the tenant tries to find ways to recoup the monies owed to him by this flamboyant, Gospel music braggart.
And now, today, Ghafla decided to visit the Muiri Gardens in Karen to check out the house the dude is said to live in and boy, it’s worth every penny.
It’s a massive massive address with breathtaking architecture, stately white walls, grand windows, a sweeping compound, huge, imposing gate, beautifully-manicured landscapes, a spacious servants quarter, luxuriant leisure trees and even a soldier stationed at the gate.

It’s a home fit for a King – and a house worth every last drop of it’s 200,000 monthly rent.
We arrived there early mid-morning to find a rather silent, deserted neighborhood that spreads out all down to some more constructions going down further down the road.
Going by what we’ve heard about Ringtone and what sort of image he loves to put out to the public, this is a neighborhood – and house – worth the so-called richest musician in Kenya.

Check out photos of the house that we managed to snap.
It’s a shame that dude won’t be living there any longer. An even bigger shame that dude can’t even afford to cough up a meagre Sh. 400,000 bob.

Maybe Akothee should teach this brother a thing or two on how to play rich. And stay in palatial homes.
