Sad: 23 Year Old Died After Rigorous Physical During Police Recruitment Exercise (Photos)
He collapsed and died just after he was done running a race that was part of police recruitment exercise!
The late Mwarika Rika was among thousands of Kenyans that turned up for the countrywide police recruitment exercise.
The 23-year-old youth from Kwali County successfully completed physical inspection of his body and was to participate in a six-kilometer race meant to assess recruits’ fitness.
The deceased ran the race and finished 14th but he couldn’t catch his breath when he crossed the finish line.
He collapsed and he was quickly rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Hundreds of recruits had turned up for the recruitment exercise in Kwale.
