Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen and Korir Sing’oe, a top legal aide in Deputy President William Ruto’s office were paid Ksh15 million by the Ministry of devolution.
The two officials who are partners in Sing’oe, Murkomen & Sigei Advocates were paid by Out Of the Box Solutions, a company  associated with former radio presenter Angela Angwenyi.
Out Of the Box Solutions was contracted by the ministry to educate women on how to take advantage of the 30 percent procurement contracts reserved for women, youth and people with disabilities new report has revealed.
Anne Waiguru, was the Devolution CS when the law firm received the cash.
These fresh revelations tours through the senator statements and countless tweets. where he has repeatedly denied receiving any NYS money including from key suspect Ben Gethi whom he represented as a lawyer.

(c) demeaning the office the officer holds.
What Murkomen however doesn’t not want to grasp is that nobody has a problem with him and his firm representing  Ben Gethi, the NYS mastermind suspect however, the law which the senator swore to uphold dictates that in cases where personal interest comes in between public interest, public interest takes course.
if legal fees are more rewarding and satisfactory than protecting and ensuring taxpayers money is secure, then Hon.Kipchumba Murkomen should take the highroad and resign.
