28-year old Ugandan comedian Anne Kansiime got married to the apple of her eyes Gerald Ojok in 2013. Ojok quit his job as a lecturer at Kyambogo University to be his wife’s full time Ugandan manager. UK-based Johnson Mujungu remained her international manager.
Kansiime is yet to be a mother despite being married for close to four years. She yearns to have kids before she clocks 30. (She’s celebrating her 29th birthday on April 13th)
“I really want to get children; I can’t push it too far off… Lord knows my African man can only wait for so long.” Kansiime was quoted as saying in an interview last year.
It seems the couple has been trying to get children but…
Kansiime’s plus size sister, Shine Omukiga, is also a celebrity in Uganda; she’s a singer. And she’s the only one with a ‘big’ body in her family.
