MCA Stoned And Chased As Donholm Residents Protest Over Bad Roads (Video)

Roads to Savannah, and all sides of outering road were impassable as drivers and touts joined in the demonstrations. The local MCA’s effort to get heard were futile as the crowd directed their anger to him blaming him for the perennial state of roads. He was stoned while atop his vehicle and he had to run for safety.

Normalcy resumed on the road by mid day while the county government blamed the incident to 2017 aspirants saying they were politically driven. However, residents said the county government had done virtually nothing since coming to power, to address the poor state in much of Donholm.
