Who’s Fooling Kenyans? Daily Nation Or The Star Newspaper?? (Photos)

Outrage on the internet after two conflicting headlines on Daily Nation and the Star Newspaper!!

Infotrak CEO Angela Ambitho yesterday released the results of a research they conducted last year in November.

According to their survey, 53% of Kenyans were of the opinion that the country was heading in the wrong direction compared to 44% who had contrary opinion.

Following the release of the results, two newspapers, Daily Nation and The Star, wrote two conflicting headlines that sparked outrage on the internet.

“Kenya heading the wrong way: Survey” Daily Nation

“KENYA MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION-POLL” The Star

Kenyans on the internet were quick to troll the Star following the obviously ‘misleading headline’. Celebrities were among those who aired their opinions in regard to the same.

Larry Madowo: It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…

James Smart: KENYA is a bit everywhere at the moment.

Dennis Onsarigo: When you have a MEDIA moving in A predetermined DIRECTION

Anyway, the Star’s article on Infotrak’s survey was devoid of the error on its headline. They reported exactly what the survey said.

But that wasn’t the only blunder the Star made today, they also slipped with the date. Today’s publication is supposed to be March 14th 2016 but the Star had last year’s date.

Guess Kenyans should believe the truth!!
