What is it with Devolution Ministry??Anne Waiguru lost her job because of the 780 million that was stolen from NYS, and yesterday the country learnt that another more millions were missing.Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEF) lost Kes 180 million which was paid to a consultancy firm which never rendered any services to the fund. Another Kes 220 million of YEF money that had been invested in a fixed deposit account cannot be accounted for. YEF CEO Bruce Odhiambo had a difficult time explaining to the public investments committee how he couldn’t account for Kes 400 million.
