A fortnight ago, Kenyans were baffled to learn that former embattled Deputy Chief Justice, Nancy Baraza, was Bien’s mother. Apparently that revelation was only a tip of the iceberg!

Nancy Baraza told Larry Madowo she was the mother of Bien Aime Baraza in an exclusive interview she had with the NTV journalist.

Ms. Baraza is the step mother of Bien, that begs the question who Bien’s real mother is.

Bien and his boys have other viral songs such as ‘Nera’ ‘Sura Yako’ etc but ‘Awinja’ hosts a special place in the heart of Bien. Why??

Bien revealed ‘Awinja’ was named after his mother and that he always cries whenever he sings the song. Bien posted a photo of his mother and she wasn’t Nancy Baraza.
