Central Kenya MP Makes An Appearance In The First Ever Gay music Video In Kenya WTF? (Video)

The whole country is talking about this first ever gay music video… We did the first story this morning and really there is so much to write about it. Seriously

The video which was released on YouTube last night, disturbing Social Media almost immediately, features very raunchy scenes of love making between two of Kenya’s most controversial new Socialites, Noti Flow and Soila Cole.

Noti, who also is a renown rapper and actress, can be seen in the video caressing and kissing her partner, Soila. And they appear to be very much in the mood of the action. The video talks about the gay rights struggle in Kenya and chronicles the real life story of Joji Baro, one of Kenya’s first openly gay personalities.

And in between the video, among other images and archived videos of past gay pride rallies and protests, a Central Kenya MP makes a rather dishonorable appearance.

Kiharu MP Hon. Irungu Kang’ata’s images pop up prominently in the video towards the end of the second verse. Thea reason why Hon Irungu makes an appearance is because this is the MP who has been very vocal and active in Parliament as far as opposition to gay issues are concerned.

Hon. Irungu Kang’ata is openly opposed to Homosexuality and has never hidden his disdain for the practice which he calls ‘immoral and Unafrican’. He has also been caught on tape severally voicing his opposition to same sex rights and communities and has even teamed up with other prominent MPs and Church leaders too, to oppose the practice and even lead a street protest against the action they term a vice.

Thus , the MP’s appearance in the video is a dig at his hard opposition to homosexuality and is an attack on his harsh policies towards the marginalized community.

Watch the video below and catch the MP’s image at around the end of the second verse.
