Good morning wonderful people. Today is the 11th day of the manliest month and though the day that dawned is a moaning Monday, fret not for atleast you’re alive to see it. And to have seen Arsenal’s defeat at the hands of a mid-table team.

And today also happens to have been the day when Nate Turner was hung, skinned and beheaded for his role in leading a slave rebellion that killed around 40 slave owners and their families. And while that is neither entertainment nor Kenyan, I shall move on swiftly but not before paying my respect to such an illustrious ancestor.
