A teacher in Murang’a County has caused quiet an alarm after he took he made advances to a journalist seeking him to join in a homosexual escapade. The teacher, Godfrey Mburu Waithera efforts have however resulted in him being arrested.

He got the journalists number given at a road show and decided to declare his undying love and admiration of the presenter’s voice but with his efforts bearing no fruit, he resorted to a change of tact instead introducing himself as Lucy in text messages.

He used quite a colorful and unprintable choice of words in describing what he wanted from the teacher and went on to disclose his profession and Trucaller confirmed his identity. One of his messages included ‘“Please, let us be lovers and let me show how sweet it is just like a woman. Why don’t you give it a try,”

His love for the man lured him into a trap set by the journalists and policemen after he showed up for a meeting. The teacher who is twenty years old did confess to sending the texts messages and is to be charged for the misuse of a miscommunication gadget.
