The photographers will make there way from the Kenya Photo Marathon headquarters (to be announced) in groups or as individuals in search of great moments to capture following the secret topics/themes that will be handed to them prior to the official start of the Kenya Photo Marathon.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m., four of the secret eight themes will be handed to all participants before they line up in a mock road race marathon start set up. Then for four hours they must interpret and capture each theme with one single exposure in the exact sequence that they were revealed.
