There is no doubting of Jaguar’s standing in the local showbiz industry, as a pioneer, mentor and one of the few artists successful both financially and musically.

He seldom gets into beefs or exchanges with fellow artists. This however, does not mean he has been shied away from them when faced with accusations from other artists, cases in point are CMB Prezzo and Iyanya. Avril, is set to follow these other two as a top artist to have had a public spat with Jaguar. This comes from her recent comments on a number of big Kenyan artists doing their videos from abroad while there were equally great scenes locally. Well Jaguar took offence with these remarks and in an interview with Mseto EA’s Tuva, he had the following to say ‘

He was not critical that Avril does her videos locally saying that is her game but took issue with her trying to find fault with those who do it from elsewhere reiterating that “Hajakosea Kwasababu May be ni Game Yake venye anacheza lakini kwangu kama nishawai kukufanyia kitu kwa life, nikakufikisha mahali kwasababu watu hawakuwa wanamjua, Mtu Kama VIVIAN akitoa Song ananipigia kuna ile Heshima ulimfanyia, lakini mtu kucome kusema unakosea na nimekuwa kwa industry kwa miaka Kumi , kuna wasanii unawasaidia lakini before hata song itoke anakutusi”
