Remember when your mum used to tell you – have a look at the mirror before stepping out? Well, apparently, most of Nigerian celebrities listened then – this got me thinking they would be models if they weren’t actors.

During my visit to Lagos for Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) there were a lot of ‘wow’ moments in fashion. I’m talking flourishes, hits, and oh yeah, wow’s! These are the best must see epic fashion moments of 2014 AMVCAs.

And I’m not talking about the “latest styles” or what a pretentious fashion magazine says is the “must have” pair of designer jeans you should wear this season – that stuff is probably going to be overpriced and not even look good on you.
I’m talking about what is the way to stand out as having a great sense of style, without having to spend your entire life or breaking a bank.
