Jaguar And Diamond Head To The US To Attend A Prestigious Award Gala (Photos)

The US will be hosting a number of African artists who are heading to Dallas, Texas for the annual award gala that is going down tomorrow.

Selected musicians from the entire African continent will converge in Dallas, Texas, USA for the annual AFRIMMA award gala.

African Music Magazine Music Awards (AFRIMMA) is a yearly event that celebrates the beauty of African music and artistry.

Jaguar, Willy Paul, STL, Sauti Sol, Juliani And H_art The Band are some of the artists from Kenya who were nominated on various slots.

So far, Jaguar is the only musician from the 254 who has confirmed his attendance. Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz and Uganda’s Anne Kansiime (She will be co-hosting the gala alongside Nigeria’s Basketmouth) have also confirmed they will be in Dallas.

Willy Paul flew to Doha, Qatar yesterday for a show. It’s hard to tell whether he will make it to the US by tomorrow.
