Kenyan Fashion Lovers Killed It At The Runway Masquerade Ball Last Weekend. (photos)
Last weekend, Kenyan fashion lovers had a chance to bring their sartorial A game at a bougie fashion event held at the posh Villa Rosa Kempinski!
I was lucky to be part of a fashion loving mob that was all glitz, shine and glamour- The event showcased several fashion houses with models taking to the runway to display their creativity. It attracted amongst them fashion gurus such as Galina Tatarinova, director of the Kenya Fashion Awards, Ann Mcreath of Kiko Romeo and a host of other media personalities, doctors, lawyers and corporate heads.
The highlight of the night was designs by House of Kaji- a family entity run by Esther Musa and her brother James Mwoni. They promised to give more for the budding African fashion Market quoting that they have had great success in the western market and it was time they looked more into Africa’s futures in matters, fashion needs.
There were amazing designs as well ranging from travel bags to ethereal designs from Gonzala Leathers and Bitti Woldu respectively.
Check out how the event went down in pictures;
