LANES! Popular Blogger Spoils Himself With A Swanky Black Sports Car For His Birthday (Photos)

He started off as the King Of Facebook. Ok, Facebook diss to put it more correctly. Almost everyone who knows Cabu Gah or has ever followed him on social media, knew him through the brutal letters and online diss notes he used to furiously write to celebrities and other public figures.

He shot to infamy circa 2012 after writing one of the most viral diss letters to among others, Bob Collymore, the then secular Size 8 (to whom he later apologized) Caroline Mutoko and Kalekye Mumo.

But what really shot him to fame was the diss that he directed at the then-fledgling Octopizzo. It was so raw and heartless, the whole nation took notice. And from there, Cabu Gah became the most vile man on Facebook. He took on almost everyone and anything with some of the best grammar and writing skills ever found online.

And then he started getting TV and radio interviews and all manner of invites and all over sudden Cabu Gah’s wings were clipped. He started using his Facebook crowd for good..

And now, three years down the line, the Internet Bad Boy is still very much alive and kicking, in Ghafla! that is. We used to do stories about Cabu Gah almost daily when before he joined Ghafla! And now, we’re back to writing about him. Why? Well, because he’s been blessed, that’s why.

Cabu Gah’s birthday was August 13. He didn’t throw a lavish party or make so much buzz around it.

“’I wanted to buy myself something which wasn’t so cheap so I couldn’t afford to throw a lavish bash man. It just came and went. Haha…” Cabu Gah told me.

And two weeks after his birthday date, Cabu Gah, who besides being a blogger at Ghafla! Kenya! is also an actor, scriptwriter, social media strategist and music artist, surprised himself with a swanky black machine as a gift from himself to himself (cue, Vera Sidika).

“I bought it for myself using my little cash. Si hata Vera alijibaiya Range. Although alinunua na mali ya umma. (Add a ‘K’where necessary). You know people like us don’t have sponsors or tomato farms in Kitengela (Huddah *wink*wink*) so we’ve gotta work our asses off and buy ourselves our little pleasures.”

Me: What is the first thing you did once you bought the car!?

Cabu Gah: Did as in what? With the car or!?

Me: Yes, with the car.

Cabu Gah: Oh,I don’t know. Drive to Nakuru for Prinsloo 7s, I guess. I spent two nights in it, In a row…

Me: It must have been fun!

Cabu Gah: Obviously, it was! But less than a week later, nilikuwa nishaaigongesha. I almost knocked the whole bumper off! But now we’re good…

Me: How much did you part with to buy your ride?

Cabu Gah: Hahahaha, I saved lot of guap. I spent a half a million bucks on my baby.

Well, we have photos of the swanky ride which Cabu Gah totally refuses to tell us what make it is. Is it a Lexus? Or Lamborghini? You be the judge.
