Jaguar Gets A Rude Shock After Confronting NACADA Over The Situation Of Mombasa Drug Addicts
NACADA and Jaguar have locked horns a million times already. The singer has never been shy to call out his employer for allege corrupt practice.
Last weekend, Jaguar flew to the coastal city of Mombasa to assess the condition of drug addicts who were reforming.
The President cracked the whip on drug barons at the Coast and in the process cut the supply of drugs to addicts. This resulted to the influx of addicts at rehab centers.
Jaguar however didn’t like what he saw at most rehabilitation centers in Mombasa. (Addicts decried neglect.) He blasted Nacada for sleeping on their job.

But his message wasn’t loud enough. The ‘Huu Mwaka’ hit maker decided to go to Nacada to personally brief them about the situation on ground at the coast.
The response he got prompted him to seek help from another agency.
“Following our earlier trip to Mombasa and the drug addict situation we found there, Director Ngao and I went back to NACADA to brief them on the situation. We were advised that, at the moment there’s really nothing much NACADA can do; Perhaps Later.” Wrote Jaguar.
Following the disappointment, Jaguar sought help from, Dr Nelson Githinji, the Director General of the National Youth Service (NYS).
