‘Dreamz Come True’ is the newest reality TV show set to hit TV screens on a leading station in the country. The show aspires to achieve a holistic realization and nurturing of untapped talent in Kenyan high schools.
The main talents include modeling, poetry, narration, visual art, comedy, music and dancing among others. ‘Dreamz Come True’ which is in its 3rd season showcases untapped talent at different levels of auditions/shows, has enabled and geared students towards high competitive performances.
Through the show, dreams are being nurtured and realized thus creating a rekindled enthusiasm for talents and theatrical expression.
And it doesn’t end there; the show appreciates the best overall talents by awarding scholarships.
Speaking to Ghafla! the brains behind the show, Jimmy K, says the program sponsors over 300 students from schools across the country.
Some of the show’s judges include David Gitika (plays Jobu’s uncle in Beba Beba), Peris Wambui (actress in Tausi, Inspector Mwala & Mwala) as well as Ian Mbugua (of TPF).
