Kenyans On Twitter are some of the most witty individuals in the world. Even I have to give them that. They have an uncanny ability to see humour where most see none and that places them amongst the most intelligent people on earth.

And they have struck again. This time the recipient of a tongue lashing from their sharp sometime vitriolic tongues is John Mututho. The former MP was appointed head of NACADA the Kenyan agency tasked with the hard job of fighting the proliferation of drugs and drug usage in Kenya only to be relieved of his post.
