A fortnight ago we told you how Classic 105’s Maina Kageni was on a mission to push Kenya’s number one investigative reporter and editor, Mohammed Ali. True enough, Maina embarked on journey that would see him unearth the mystery behind the cheapest land deals in Nairobi.

Thing is, Maina has been hearing about this company called PRC that is selling land to people for as low as 100,000 Shillings. Amid all this talk about it, he decides to carry out an investigation that leads him to discover the truth about PRC and its deals.

Just like the rest of us (and thanks to Internet), the first thing you do when you hear about something you aren’t familiar with is consulting our bestie, Google. Off he went and found out that this company has an amazing online presence but this wasn’t satisfying enough.

So, he decided to drive to their offices and asked to meet PRC’s CEO, Brian Gachari to substantiate the company’s position as the cheapest land dealer.

Even after meeting Brian, Maina just like Thomas from the Bible wanted concrete proof and so Brian hooked him up with one his past clients, Tony. Tony was supposed to make Maina believe that the property are existent.
