Americans Demand to Have Lupita in ‘X-Men’ Movies. You’re Not Gonna Believe Which Oscar Winner They Want Her to Replace

Many doom-speakers predicted that Lupita wouldn’t be heard of much especially after the culmination of awards season in Hollywood. However, this story will be a dagger right at the center of their dark hearts.

So now, a new petition by American audience is demanding that the Kenyan Oscar-winner actress replaces Halle Berry in “X-Men” films by Marvel, reports Bossip.com.

Halle has played comic book favourite, Storm, in several of the films but the creator now says she’s the wrong choice.

According to the petition creator, Jamie Broadnax;

This is important because listening to the demands of your consumer base means more than your personal casting choices. She has the accent, the look, and the acting chops to play Storm as the comic book intended.

Please kindly take this into consideration and respect the demand of Marvel consumers and fans of this amazing franchise. This petition was started based on the overwhelming responses to my tweet;

“I volunteer as tribute to lead a social media charge to get Lupita cast as Storm.”

Already the petition has over 500 signatures. In fact many other people had opined that Angela Bassett or Iman should replace Halle in addition to Lupita.
