Finally Government Promises To Help Mzee Ojwang After Public Outcry…This Is What DP Ruto Has Just Said

Veteran Vitimbi actor Mzee Ojwang Hatari has hit headlines since the other for all the wrong reasons after it was revealed that the respected man is ailing and living below the poverty line.

The country was taken aback by Mzee Ojwang’s situation, with criticism flying from all corners of the republic after it was revealed that the national broadcaster, KBC, where Mzee Ojwang worked for over four decades had sent him parking without pay.

Kenyans, as sympathetic as they have always been, teamed up with the hash tag #OkoaMzeeOjwang to raise funds for the veteran actor’s medical bills and general living, with the government put on the spotlight for neglecting people who have made this country proud since time immemorial.

And now the government has responded after Mzee’s plight was highlighted, with Deputy President promising that his government will offset all the bills for Mzee Ojwang.

However, the big question still remains, Does the government need to wait until a situation gets worse for it to act especially on people who have served this country religious?
