Before he graduated to the  finesse that is gourmet food and posh restaurants. Our dear news anchor was just a normal Jamaa, growing up in the ghetto, selling charcoal while waiting to join the seminary and later transition to a man of cloth. I guess he’d have made quite a shrewd man of God. But we’d be missing all that fun on the trend. Wouldn’t we? 

Away from that banter, As I was strolling today, I bumped onto this photo of Larry devouring  roast corn on cob (known to simpletons and commoners  as “Mahindi Choma”)

This photo goes back to 61 weeks ago. Amazing how so much happens in such a short while. But it is the little things in life that make life worth the while. The detachment of local celebrities from the life of the common folk is the down  in our  society. 

I mean ,wouldn’t we love to see Lillian Muli devouring with relish, Mutura at Githurai 45?
