Brenda Wairimu Talks About Mzee Ojwang, Her Late Dad and Herself.

It has been the end of an era, the passing of the 78 year old actor has shed light on quite  a lot. On the brighter side though, Kenyans have mourned the death of Mzee Ojwang, He, the veteran thespian and actor whose career overshadows all in Kenyan history. The Condolence messages sent to his family have touched our hearts, but none carries half as much emotion as Brenda Wairimu’s.. 

Brenda Wairimu shared this on her Instagram: 

” I never posted any pictures of my dads burial, and i can’t really remember much about that day,my mind tends to block out bad memories after a while… But i do remember that Mzee Ojwang showed up, and he was responsible for what i think was the closest thing to a smile on my face that day, I can never have thanked him enough for that, I’m sure he didn’t even know it. So rest well sir, u paved the way for so many of us, and for ur gift of laughter u shall be richly rewarded up above. Say hello to my papa
