Blow As Pastor Ng’ang’a’s Lawyer Withdraws… Here Is The Reason

Early today, Pastor James Maina Ng’ang’a was given a lifeline when the court declined a request by police to compel the man of the cloth to take his DNA samples as part of the evidence against the case he faces.

Pastor Ng’ang’a allegedly killed Mercy Njeri on 26th July, 2015 along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway through reckless driving.

But the televangelist has suffered yet another blow after his lead lawyer Cliff Ombeta withdrew from the case.

The lawyer said he took the step for lack of proper directions on the case.

Lawyers Cliff Ombeta and Assa Nyakundi went to court last Wednesday to block the arrest of the controversial preacher, something that failed as Ng’ang’a ended up eating beans at Gigiri Police Station for two consecutive nights.
