Sauti Sol Headlining Tribute Concert in Honour of Westgate Victims
Sauti Sol has partnered with the 47th edition of Blankets & Wine this Sunday (6th Oct) in remembrance of the lives lost at the Westgate Attack.
The move will see the band donate their talent through a tribute and charity concert with 100 % of the proceeds from the event to be channeled to the Kenya Red Cross in aid of Psycho-social support for the survivors, bereaved families, volunteers, journalists, police, defense forces and everyone who was directly or indirectly impacted by the incident.
Other artists, part of the worthy cause include; Atemi, Chris Adwar & The Villagers, Aaron Rimbui, Sarabi and Yellow Light Machine. Sauti Sol joins the artists and Blankets & Wine, appealing to all Kenyans to show up at Carnivore Gardens from 1PM to 7PM, to attend the tribute concert and stand united in this time and maintain the spirit of nationalism brought about by this incident.
