Multi-talented TV Presenter Plunges into Music

Emma Daniel Studios, the record label that brought you Daktari by Esther Wahome, Jemmimah Thiong’o among others in the gospel arena, is back again with yet another hit thanks to one very talented artist and TV presenter on Kenyan TV.

Kevin Oluoch is 25 year old, multi-talented TV presenter, an actor and a musician. He started off as an actor in the year 2008, performing stage shows at the Kenya National Theatre, as well as taking roles on a few local TV series programs, including Guy Centre, Inspekta Mwala, Tabasamu and others, films too, including SHH!! And Utengano.

It was during this time that he also started growing up as a musician, having recorded three single. In December 2010, he joined GBS TV as a Presenter and a producer and after a long experience and interaction with the entertainment industry through the shows he produced and presented, e.g Jessie’s Love Letter, Drum beat, Art life 365,Groom zone and Reach for the stars he now makes a comeback as a much talented, grown and informed artist. He’s musically currently under Emma Daniel studios and does more of Zouk and African. This year he has done a single to mark his fresh start in the music industry called, “Africa”.

 “I had a zeal to sing about Africa but this time trying to shed a different opinion of Africa. Yes we  have challenges, political issues, tribalism, so many diseases, drought, floods, and the list of the negatives continues…but, Africa has its own pride, achievements,We have lovely people, beautiful sceneries and landscapes, adorable wild animals and tourism attractions, sadly, few people talk of the good Africa, I decided to do so through this song,” says, Kevin Oluoch.
