Meet The Future Of Kenyan Music
The first time I ever came across this lad, he was on a track with Camp Mulla called S.O.S which was about smoking bhangi. But weedy weedy tings aside, the lad is the embodiment of talent. A while back, he dropped a track titled “Nairo” but I must apologies for being in too deep in “political correctness classes” to take notice.
That was before today. My boy Adam got me on this Uneeq tip. Why do I want you to take notice? Well, because I feel he is the heir to the throne Camp Mulla unceremoniously vacated. Aye, I will be the first to say that camp Mulla left Kenyans high and dry. Actually, there will be an article about this later.
This is about Uneeq. The lad whom i dare say is the future of Kenyan music. His flow is sick and his rhymes heavy. Unfortunately though, I must admit that his lyrical content is heavy on the “weedy weedy” tip and living the fast life -Yolo-Swag tings.
But that aside, take the time to listen to his tracks and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. This lad is the future. Challenge me after you’ve listened to the tracks below:
