Jaguar Signs Multi Million Deal With MTech

Kenyan singer Jaguar has made yet another big move in his music career. The artist who shot to regional fame after the release of his song Kigeugeu has signed a music distribution deal with Mtech Kenya.

Jaguar’s name has been gaining momentum in the region since the release of his hit song and he has steadily risen to a major artist worthy of mention among heavyweights in the continent.

Jaguar’s management revealed that he was looking at extending his fan base to West and Southern Africa and Mtech who have presence and influence in those parts of Africa are the right people to work with.

Following the inking of this deal Jaguar may soon be hitting the studio with Nigeria’s biggest rapper Ice Prince who is fresh from winning a BET Award.

Mtech was part of the team that saw the rise of Camp Mulla and played a role in bringing in Africa’s video big shot Clarence Peters who has directed some of Kenya’s smash hit videos including P Unit’s You Guy which just won a Channel O award.

According to Mtech’s assistant CEO, Shiro Mwendwa, Jaguar music has penetrated into Southern Africa especially Zambia where he already has a fan base. “Mtech has presence in Zambia and we are glad that we are finally able to deliver Jaguar’s music to his fans in that part of the continent” she adds.

Jaguar joins other artists such as Wyre, P Unit, Kidum , Ugandan female rapper Keko , Eko Dida, Victoria Kimani, Nigeria’s Ice Prince , Radio and Weasel, Bracket, Jay Martin, M.I, P Square, Flavour all currently working with Mtech.
