After much push and pull, drama, accusation and counter-accusations, ODM has finally replaced Ababu Namwamba as the Secretary General.
Appointed in his place is a lady who had previously served as one of the two Deputy Secretary Generals. Even though she has been appointed in acting capacity, Dr, Agnes Zani has all it takes to sure manage and handle the position. It sure would be a great coup since all the parties are hugely dominated by men in all dockets and despite the increased numbers of women in both houses, key party organs in most parties are held by men.
Dr. Zani a nominated Senator has proven to be an ardent ODM/CORD supporter and here are a couple of interesting facts about her that make her quite a real and lively person.
