Is Kenya’s Supreme Court doomed?? Out of the five judges of Supreme Court, two are fighting legal battles to save their jobs while Willy Mutunga is entangled in supremacy battle with a fellow judge. You all know Justice Philip Tunoi was accused of receiving millions of shillings as bribe from Evans Kidero; as if that’s not drama enough, Chief Justice Willy Mutunga and his deputy Kalpana Rawal’s discord played out in public when the CJ exercised his administrative powers to alter the hearing dates for an appeal on Rawal’s retirement age.
