Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni jetted in Kenya to hold bilateral talks with Uhuru Kenyatta. Kenya is desperately trying to convince Uganda to consider routing a pipeline through the 254 as opposed to Tanzania. Uganda had initially agreed to construct an oil pipeline through Tanzania but Kenya has being wooing Museveni to scrap the deal with Magufuli.
