2 Million shillings Facebook Account Aside, Vihiga County Governor Officially Opens Mud Houses In The County (photo)

After Kirinyaga’s governor launched a foot bridge in the County and much to the angst of the Kirinyaga people, Vihiga County Governor had an official ceremony to re-open renovated mud houses in a ceremony complete with ribbons.

 This comes after a series of other baffling launches that have been frowned upon the country over. The Governor  was on Monday morning opening one of the 45 mud houses said to have been reconstructed as  part of county plan to renovate mud houses that were almost falling apart. 

The post that appeared on Facebook seemed to have elicited mixed emotions from constituents who felt that this was yet another canny way of misusing the County funds instead of creating opportunities for the youth in terms of job creation and funds.
